"Been VERY interested in the Edens Veil PC Case for awhile and really was excited about getting one luckily there were associates who contacted me to assist me with sizing constraints when I have everything out together and it was so easy putting it together and installing all the parts. And the case! Words can't describe how beautiful the case is! It's wonderful and looks amazing I love the sleekness of everything the buttons are very nice the engraved glass is stunning and looks so amazing with RGB effects from the fans inside. The longest part was getting it out of the packaging, that by the looks of it would survive being dropped off a roof! Very secure! "Beyond impressed. I’ve been tentative about getting a fully custom built PC for video editing, 3D modeling, graphic design & gaming as I’ve had relatively poor experiences in the past. However - after extensive talks with Mackenzie I decided to make the purchase. Not only did the team at Ironside show immense dedication to my build (the testing sheet, packing quality, and communications were exemplary) - but they also made sure that my every request was met and in many cases even exceeded. My build took around a month due to some last minute changes & miscommunications on my end as well as shipping of the parts but otherwise there were zero shipping issues. "Overall experience was GREAT, and so far the computer has had 0 issues. Mckenzie was awesome and helped me with a few technical questions and with swapping some parts out. (Custom AMD 9070 XT Build) It took about 2 weeks to build, which they did state from the beginning. Ironside was always very quick to respond to emails and even answer the phone, and nowadays being able to actually speak to someone in the U.S. is rare. They offered local pickup, which is AMAZING, as a few other local companies I contacted had some terrible excuse as to why they couldn’t allow you to walk in and pick up your computer. Can’t beat the warranty and customer service. Ironside has a customer for life, and I’d definitely recommend them for your next computer build."

"[Finally Received my Build!]: Right out of the box I can certainly tell how quality this is from the way it's packed all the way down to the extensive quality testing checklist they include with every build. Everything I could have required in terms of configuration was taken care of out of the box and she runs like a beautiful dream. I have yet to give it a good run on my work software (primarily 3D work), but I am very confident in the product I received and extremely pleased. You best believe I will be recommending the company to as many friends as I can who absolutely refuse to build their own computers. They certainly take care of you at Ironside Computers!! Coming off of two returned PCs due to being defective, poor build quality, and failing to hold up to stress, I was extremely worried about trying yet another company but after our interactions I am not the SLIGHTEST bit worried about the product I'm about to receive now! They've certainly positioned themselves as extremely professional and knowledgeable right from the get go and the experience has truly been night and day. I will probably leave ANOTHER good review post receiving the product as well as an update! "For gaming, business, or coding my computer from ironside has worked flawlessly. The 5 year warranty that is comes with also relieves a lot of stress I spent $2,600 but they have computers for every budget, if they’re out of stock for a pre-made computer or you want something specific they have a pc building section too, which is what I opted with I’ve only experienced positives with their customer service, but one side note is to be patient with building and delivery time. Delivery can be 2-3 weeks before it arrives as they have 4 day work weeks, but for the guarantee of a good product it’s worth the wait. 5 stars"

It’s, however, been over 12 years since I’ve purchased a gaming pc and was very nervous about specs.
