Return Window
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the computer. Computers owned longer than 30 days are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Amount
Refunds are issued only for the sale price of the computer. Freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned computer systems.
The restocking fee does not apply if the computer contains defective hardware components, and Ironside Computers or an authorized third party verifies the stability or performance issues are caused by hardware, not software such as the operating system, drivers, or installed programs.
Computers with custom artwork or permanent modifications will incur a 20% restocking fee regardless of defects.
Computers containing special ordered components or parts selected by the customer that are not listed on Ironside’s website by default will incur a 25% restocking fee, regardless of defects. This includes, but is not limited to graphics cards, processors, hard drives, motherboards, power supplies, computer cases, and RAM.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage may include dents in the computer chassis, loose cables, fallen lighting components, or similar issues that occur during transit.
Computers with shipping damage are eligible for free return shipping within the first 30 days for repair by Ironside Computers.
If a customer requests a refund instead of repair for shipping damage, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Refund Eligibility
Ironside Computers cannot provide a full refund for the purchase price of a computer unless there are verified defective hardware components inside the system causing stability or performance issues.
Peripheral Returns
Unopened peripherals may be returned within 30 days of receiving the PC. After 30 days, peripheral repairs must be handled directly through the original manufacturer.
Opened accessories, including monitors or speakers, are not eligible for refunds.
Software
All software purchases are final.
Return Requirements
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. Returned computers must be shipped in the original packaging in which the system was received.
Return Shipping
Ironside Computers does not refund shipping costs and does not cover return shipping.
All return shipments must include a tracking number and be insured for the full value of the computer. Ironside Computers is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
Data Responsibility
Before returning a computer, customers should back up all software and data and remove personal or confidential information. Ironside Computers is not responsible for lost data or misuse of data on returned systems.
