With Elm, I wanted to make sure the detailed wood accents had the opportunity to shine. By keeping the hardline tubing clean and simple, and letting the black components and chassis melt into the background, the walnut becomes your immediate focus. I let the geometric patterns really contrast with the simplicity of the rest of the build to create a visually compelling dynamic.
